Super Bowl LIII

The Super Bowl is rapidly approaching, with the annual excitement and hype surrounding advertising growing by the day.

Advertising throughout the renowned Super Bowl has become one of the most talked-about forms of marketing on the planet. With brands designing creative campaigns to get the masses talking, the pressure is ramping up as some launch advertising on a large scale for the first time, and others look to establish their dominance over rival brands through association with sport and its stars.

Social networking app Bumble has already confirmed its presence during Super Bowl LIII, releasing a teaser featuring tennis star Serena Williams. This cross-sport promotion will be unveiled during the first half of the game on February 3rd, as Bumble looks to overtake competitors through having their messaging broadcast to the masses of sports fans.

Other brands using this prestigious form of sports marketing also include Olay, Pepsi, Gillette and Budweiser.

Sunday will see the New England Patriots go head-to-head against the Los Angeles Rams in a battle to lift the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LIII. Tom Brady and Jared Goff will prove key players as the action unfolds.
