The Client

Intergas Heating are a Dutch boiler manufacturer with a 50-year history of making ground-breaking advances in boiler technology. Their aim has always been to increase energy efficiency and reliability, while lowering emissions and energy bills for their customers.

The Netherlands was the first country to take the energy efficiency credentials of boilers seriously and this propelled Intergas Heating into pole position, becoming the leading brand in condensing boiler technology.

The Challenge

Intergas’ marketing strategist team stated that the main objective was to increase brand awareness across Asia and Europe as well as enhancing their social media interactions and output on their accounts.

The EPL is the most watched league in the world, boasting the largest audience reach for brands through advertising and sponsorship opportunities. We proposed to Intergas that perimeter advertising in the EPL would be the perfect platform to reach their target markets and with that, they elected to kick-off their first sports marketing campaign with us.

Actions

Having chosen EPL advertising to reach all of Intergas’ target markets, we created advert designs which would represent their brand to the millions of viewers all around the world. The use of their red and white brand colours were clearly on display.

The designs we put forward looked to achieve maximum exposure and impact. We also made sure to showcase their website alongside their brand name, which successfully enhanced and amplified their advertisement to their target audiences.

The Result

Intergas were involved in the most thrilling EPL and EFL championship games in the 2017-18 season which included the 2018 play-off, with winning club Fulham on the road to promotion to the EPL. Intergas were also able to tap into the FA Cup when their advert was shown during Leicester City and Chelsea’s cup tie.

Advertising in the EPL allowed Intergas to achieve their objectives and further enhance their brand’s image, worth and customer base throughout the target markets. Additionally, their social media following grew enormously from their campaign with us and continues to rise.
