Top Five Project11 Moments Of 2017

As we reach the end of Project11’s biggest year yet, the Project11 office voted on their favourite moments of 2017, and here they are:

1. Appearing In FIFA18

Project11 are proud to have featured in FIFA 18, being seen on the perimeter advertising boards at West Bromwich Albion’s home games. This virtual presence in the game has added to Project11’s extensive portfolio of perimeter advertising, further tapping into the football fan base. Project11 also recently announced the renewal of the existing contract with West Bromwich Albion football club, extending rights further and continuing to develop this successful relationship.

2. Pitch Your Start Up

To celebrate the start of the new season, Project11 ran the #PitchYourStartUp competition for small business to win free advertising in the EPL. Finalists’ videos went viral, with more than 200,000 impressions in just two days as excitement built around the competition. Judges from Premier League clubs deliberated over the winner, with Sporting Memories Network being voted the #PitchYourStartUp 2017 winner. Sporting Memories Network visited Project11 HQ to see their advert being designed and create a fully-inclusive marketing campaign, choosing their first game to be Leicester City v Manchester City.

3. Appearing in FC Business

Project11 featured in a two-page article in FC Business, as Partner Scott Taylor spent the day with the Editor of the publication, heading to the Leaders in Sport Global Conference at Stamford Bridge. The article explained the ways in which Project11 are leading the way with perimeter advertising, acquiring new club right and using ground-breaking technology to stay ahead of competition.

4. Project11 adds Atlético Madrid to LaLiga offering

The end of 2017 saw Project11 announce the addition of 22 home and away Atlético Madrid fixtures. Working with Spanish communications company, Media Pro, Project11 have extensively increased offerings in recent years, putting brands in highly prominent advertising positions and transforming revenue generation of clubs in Spain through the use of DBR technology.

5. Project11 Renew Leicester City And DirectAsia Partnership

Project11 renewed the partnership between DirectAsia and Leicester City Football Club. The second year of the deal is set to be even more effective than the first, focusing on establishing DirectAsia as one of Asia’s most influential brands while strengthening Leicester City’s links in South-East Asia.
