Barclays Sign With Manchester City To Boost Presence In USA

Former Premier League title sponsor Barclays have signed with the 2017/18 Premier League champions, Manchester City, as Official Banking and Credit Card Tour Partner.

The Barclays brand will feature on the back of Manchester City’s shirt during all pre-season matches in America this summer. Marking the first time the bank has partnered with a specific club, they aim to tap into the global appeal of City, who have run away with the Premier League title this season.

Alongside exposure on the club’s shirts, Barclays will benefit from a series of promotions and competitions, all using a football theme to attract the attention of the global fanbase. The brand’s logo will appear heavily throughout City’s pre-season tour, including on interview backdrops and much more.
